The Treehouse Project
“The trees are not silent. If you listen, you will hear them speak.”
The Treehouse Project is a love letter to the Forest’s and an act of environmental activism
It was born from the voices of my clients. Those who longed for a space to ground, to soften, and to return. Their requests for meditations that could hold them between sessions became the seeds of this offering.
With each episode released, I donated to an organization devoted to protecting and restoring the natural world. My hope is that these meditations offer refuge for the human heart while cultivating a deeper reverence for the living world. Because what we come to love, we are far more likely to protect.
Each meditation in this series was recorded in a treehouse, born in the heart of the jungle, The Treehouse Project is an offering, an immersive journey into presence, embodiment, and ecological reverence. This project weaves together meditation, activism, and storytelling, inviting you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the living world.
This is more than a collection of meditations, it is a love letter to the Earth, a remembrance of our kinship with the trees, and a call to protect the ancient ones who hold the stories of time.
How to Listen to the Meditations
Find your headphones. Carve out a moment of comfortable privacy. Bring something sacred to hold. Light a Candle.
These meditations are rituals of return—offerings of attunement, guiding you back to yourself when you long for presence and accompaniment.
Born in a jungle treehouse and offered in devotion to Earth, each track is part of a living art exhibit.
