Rachael Spyker

Rachael is a dedicated professional with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and holds credentials as a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Kelowna, BC, Canada. With a passion for holistic healing, Rachael specializes in trauma-informed therapeutic modalities, drawing from a diverse toolkit that includes Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

In addition to her clinical practice, Rachael is extensively trained in working with plant medicines, further enriching her approach to healing and transformation. As a facilitator, she leads women's retreats, group ceremonies, workshops, and events, providing nurturing spaces for individuals to explore and heal.
